About Us

The St. Thomas Law Review is a student-run scholarly legal journal published three times a year in the fall, spring, and summer.  The Law Review was founded in 1987 and published the inaugural issue in the fall of 1988.  The first three volumes were published under the heading of St. Thomas Law Forum.  The Law Review is also dedicated to publishing an annual Criminal Law Issue.  The Law Review is listed in the Index to Legal Periodicals (ILP) and Current Law Index (CLI) and is available on LexisNexis® and Westlaw®.

Membership

Membership in the St. Thomas Law Review is limited to second and third-year law students who are invited to join based on their academic success or performance on the write-on competition administered at the beginning of the spring and summer terms.  Students interested in joining the Law Review are required to submit a letter of intent and attend an informational meeting.
